when he was asked about the giant skull in the background of his shot, he informed them that it was named “Stan

That leads us down a bit of a rabbit hole: Is that thing a real T. rex skull? And if so … did he pay a ton for it?

Why is it so important that he described it as “Stan” and that the head was the complete T. rex skull?

Let’s go back to October of 2020. A man named Stan Sacrison found something in South Dakota

which turned out to be a Tyrannosaurus rex skull. It was named Stan after the man who found it. From Smithsonian Magazine
